Lots of fun!

The first snow of the year! The kids were out in the snow before 8:00 this morning! I love it! Just wish it weren't such a pain to get them all ready to go out in it!

Shooting the 22! Kids did great! Cole got a little target and they all hit it at least once! :)

Playing in the leaves!Charlie and Gracie had a piano recital. Actually it's a ribbon festival that they do different things at and earn ribbon! Gracie got 12 ribbons and did great!

Eli came inside after playing out with his cousins and his brother and I guess he was so tired he didn't even make it into the chair before he fell asleep!

So I'm terrible and waited until practically the last minute possible to buy pumpkins. But we got lucky and found a few more in town! We gave each of the kids (well minus Eli) a marker and they drew the face they wanted on there and Mike did his best to follow their lines exactly! I think they turned out great! I love how they are all so different! Of course we roasted the pumpkin seeds and enjoyed some Charlie Brown before heading off to bed! I was almost ready to say forget it this year, but I'm so glad I didn't! Since the night started a little late Eli didn't get to enjoy the seeds with us, but he did get his hands dirty!

Eli had so much fun picking out just the right pumpkin! He ended up with a gourd! But he thought it was great!


I love this time of year! The colors, the cool crisp air and the PUMPKIN PATCH! It's so much fun to take the kids out and let them climb on the straw, pet the animals, and take a ride out to the pumpkin patch! We had a great time with Em and her kids and Heidi and her kids and my Mom and Charlie! It's quite a group when we all get together, but we all have a ton of fun!

13 Years!

13 Years ago today I married my best friend! Happy Anniversary Mike!

This past weekend we were able to get away for a few days. Thank you Andrea, Mary and Colleen for watching our kiddos and our dog!! We decided to head up to the cabin and spend the weekend there! We had a great time. It's amazing how quiet it can be with out four little kids and a dog! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet! We went on a hike and found a small little unnamed lake! It was gorgeous! I can't wait to see what the next 13 years has in store for us!

Happy Birthday Eli!

Today is my baby's birthday! He is such a fun little guy! He is growing up so fast. He wants to do everything his big brothers are doing and repeats everything they say too! I can't believe that two years has already gone by since Eli blessed our lives! Happy Birthday Eli!! We love you!
