Happy Birthday Mike!
We had some fun celebrating Mike's birthday this weekend! The kids just adore their Daddy, he is so great to them, always willing to let them climb all over him! Eli is anxious to get in on the dog piles!

Is January really almost half over???
January is almost half over and we have been so busy! Of course the first week, Em had the twins, and what fun they have been! I loved being able to just take off to go see her and the girls. Mike was home so he was able to pick up kids from school and I had the freedom to go visit and help her out. We went bowling with friends one afternoon! We haven't done that in a while, and it was so much fun! Then last weekend we were finally able to go to Chelan to visit Mike's Grandparents. It was a blast, quick trip, but we were so glad to see them! Here are a few pictures of our last crazy few weeks! Now Mike is back to work and the kids are in school so we are getting back to the old routine! Actually it's nice, I like routine! :)
I thought it was funny, all three asleep in the car seats! Look at the size difference! :) Eli is quite the ladies man already! Mallory is bottom left Layla top right.
Bowling! Lots of fun, wish I could have used the bumpers! :)

Aren't Grandpa's wonderful! My Dad had Avery and Joey outside running off some energy while I was up helping Em one day. Pastor Paul is like a Grandpa to our kids and I love the picture of him and Eli! Great Gump with Eli, who by the way just had his four month check up and weighs 17# and is 26 1/2 inches long! Big boy!

They're finally here!
You did a great job Mom!!
Proud Daddy of 3 little girls!
Mallory LeeAnn (Right)was born at 4:56 pm on January 5th weighing in at 5#15 oz 19" long with little sister Layla Celeste (left) born at 5:02 weighing in at 4#14 oz 17 3/4" long! They are beautiful and look just like big sister Avery! I'm so proud of you Em! You did awesome! Both babies delivered naturally! Mallory was head down and Layla was breech so Dr. just pulled her out feet first! She has her big sister to thank for blazing the trail! :)

Happy New Year!
We brought in the New Year with the Wauds and the Piovesans and had a lot of fun! The kids all stayed up for the ball drop with the exception of Eli and Joey, who really didn't have a choice! I hope this New Year brings many blessings to you! I can't wait to see what 2009 has in store for our family!

A flurry of fun!
Sorry it took me a while, but I am finally getting around to posting pictures from last week! We had so many days of so much fun we are all still recuperating! The kids were so so so excited! I was too, I love the anticipation of Christmas! We started out Christmas Eve with Mike's family. Of course the kids have to do their annual performance! The girls made up a song Celebrate It's Jesus Birthday! :) Cole sang ring the bells like he had in his Christmas program at school. Joey hummed a tune of his own!
Then Christmas morning, Gracie (our early bird) was up before the sun and just had to wake everyone up! Cole came stumbling out of his room and Joey had a few tears before he realized that waking up to Christmas presents is a fun thing! I got all of the kids matching jammies this year. I have always wanted to and never done it before! They looked so cute!
After opening presents at home we headed up to Mimi and Pappy's for some prime rib! The food was amazing as usual! Thanks Mom for all your hard work to make everything so special! We played games and laughed so hard we cried! We have such a great time with our family! Jane and I took the pinochle tourney this year! Even though Mom and Paul insisted we play them again, even after we beat them once! Friday, we went to Granny and Pa's for leftovers! Thanks Granny and Pa! The kids had many late nights but it was all worth it! We are so thankful for the birth of our saviour Jesus Christ!

Isley family brunch and sledding!
Sunday was our annual Isley family brunch. While we were missing a few families we still had a great time visiting with cousins and Aunts and Uncles! The food was great and a good time was had by all! Today we went to a sledding hill not to far from here and had a great time! Mike took his snowboard and we took a few sleds and everyone (except Eli) got in on the action! I even tried snowboarding. I took a few spills and bumped my head pretty hard one time, but that didn't stop me! The kids had so much fun! Cole was our little dare devil! He wanted to go as fast as he could and hit the jump every time! He was a snowball when we were done! Covered in snow from all the wipe outs! Gracie was a little more cautious but had a blast! Joey...well you can see in the video what he thought! Eli got to hang out in the warm car!
